Communal Amenities:
Details of the fabulous pool and private beach on Long Island Sound can be found on separate pages here, but as well, the following amenities are available on site for the benefit of all owners and their guests to enjoy.

• Charcoal BBQ Grills
• Free unlimited access Wifi throughout the Resort
• Free local, regional and national phone service from your condo phone, as well as direct dialing between condos
• Each building has 2 coin operated laundry rooms. Charge: $1 per load, allow $2 to dry a wash load of towels.
• Expansive manicured lawns overlooking the bluffs, with occasional Adirondack chairs to read and relax.

Choosing your Accommodation;
Photos of each unit listed here are of the actual condo you will be renting, not an example. The inquiry form requires that you specify your preferred unit number. Photo show variation in decorative style, furnishings, as each owner’s personality favors. Below is a list of items accessible to all, that may be found in each unit, whichever apartment you choose This doesn’t include everything, but gives you an idea of the minimum you can expect to find on arrival.

Basic Inventory:

• 1 iron and tabletop ironing board per condo
• 2 clock radios, 1 in each of the 2 bedrooms
• 2 wall mounted hair dryers, 1 in each of 2 bathrooms
• personal climate control providing central air and heat, 1 zone per condo
• 2 LCD wall mounted TVs, 1 in the master bedroom, 1 in the living room
• 6 sets of bathroom towels (I bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 facecloth)
• 2 bathmats, 1 per bathroom, 1 or 2 kitchen cloths
• starter pack of dishwasher soap & dish soap
• hotel guest bathroom amenities, 1 x travel size soap, 1 shampoo & 1 conditioner per bathroom
• 1 broom
• 1 set of bed linens per bed, including pull out couch in the living room
• 1 coffee maker with permanent filter
• 1 toaster
• pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, water jug, vegetable knife, glass cutting board, cork screw & bottle opener

Should you need any of these items, and don’t see them mentioned in the unit’s description, then there’s a good possibility they are not provided or included in the rental. When you send your inquiry, you need to note any special requirements, then the owner or their agent can let you know whether or not these are included in your preferred condo, and if not, if they can be made available for a possible extra charge.
