A superb vacation home, with beautiful views, in the heart of the North Fork, near Greenport and Manhattan NYC. Designed for 4-6 guests, the condo is available for rental as a fully-equipped self-contained apartment. The Cliffside Resort has an attractive garden, a private beach on Long island Sound, plenty of off-street parking and a communal heated swimming pool. Recently built to a high standard, this luxury resort offers exceptionally comfortable, modern accommodation in a classic North Fork setting on the peaceful outskirts of Greenport. A friendly Maritime village, Greenport offers numerous attractions for all ages, with excellent restaurants, several places to rent boats and take fishing trips, a food supermarket, farmer’s market, art galleries and designer boutique stores.

The accommodations are 2 spacious bedrooms, one with Queen bed, one with two twin beds, plus a pull out couch in the living room that accommodates an extra two people. Wall TVs in the Living room and master bedroom keep you in touch with world events. As well there is Wifi throughout the Resort.; bring your laptop. We provide an alarm clock, a large dresser in each bedroom and plenty of closet space. The bathrooms are great, very contemporary, and even have hair dryers fitted to the walls.

Our toiletries are the best anywhere on the North Fork! We know our guests want to be pampered on their vacations, so we provide L’Occitane shampoos and soaps, same brand as the 5 star hotel The Four Seasons.

Coin operated laundry in the basement, linens and towels provided, and property managers on call throughout your stay, never intruding, but always happy to help with any unforeseen issues.
