Pink Starfish

Who knew there would be a place like this only 2 hours away from Manhattan?

That’s the quote underneath thiago1029’s Youtube video, Road Trip to Greenport, NY, and I can’t help noticing that only 520 people have discovered this little slice of paradise since the video was first posted 16 months ago, whereas over half a million now know Greenport for not being very good at stage scenery. Both tales are charming and the videos make us smile, but only one tale leaves us with the taste of summer, and puppies, love, friendship, good health, good food and eye candy, and that’s this one!

And the pink starfish? “Where these guys are swimming on the Long Island Sound, a little further out from the shore, just a little, there’s a sandbar, and if you look down, all you see is pink. There is a beautiful line of starfish as far as the eye can see. Glad you strangers had fun. : )” said CreativeChic8, obviously a local. Ahh, the secrets of the undiscovered North Fork, can’t WAIT for summer.
